Our monthly Teens and Tweens program is perfect for those looking to create, connect, and enjoy the library! Each month brings a new activity. During these sessions all materials are supplied. Snacks are available to participants. There's always something fun on the schedule!
Join us for a new exercise class at the library! SAIL GOALS include helping participants: Stay active Stay independent Improve strength and balance Reduce fall-related risks This class is ideal for Adults 50 and older Anyone seeking a healthy, active lifestyle Individuals looking to build strength and mobility Weights are available for participants, thanks to a grant from Emplify Health by Gundersen. Exercises are performed at an individual level, with or without weights, standing or sitting. SAIL is an evidence-based fall prevention program. Classes are led by a certified instructor.
